JP Morgan launches search for bright sparks

Financial services firm JP Morgan has launched a new campaign to highlight the "excellent" technology opportunities in its investment banking division to graduates.

The initiative - Be the Spark - aims to attract university leavers with technical, mathematical and analytical skills to becoming application developers, infrastructure engineers and business systems analysts.

"There's not a single part of our business that isn't empowered and enhanced by the sharp thinking of JP Morgan technologists," the firm said.

BusinessWeek has ranked JP Morgan as one of the world's 50 most innovative companies.
