The Law Society has published guidelines to assist professionals in the assessing mental capacity. These guidelines have been jointly prepared by the British Medical Association and the Law Society.
Buckingham Law School recently visited L'Institut Catholique d'Études Superieurs (ICES) in North West France to investigate the opportunity of establishing a coordinated master's programme. This would allow law students from ICES to undertake the LLM (Master of Laws) at Buckingham.
